A Mid Summer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare (1596)

So here's a confession: I have completed several literature classes without reading Shakespeare. And plays have never been my thing. But becoming an English teacher means dealing with Shakespeare.

I got easily lost in the play. I often had to read the same page over again and still did not quite get the picture. I got the story, but I didn't get the details. But I'm lucky that one of my classes will work with the play for the next weeks so maybe I get some better insight and output from the play.

Oh, and because my nightstand was lonely, I bought the Hour I First Believed by Wally Lamb and Cat's Eye by Margaret Atwood.
